1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or mobile apps, you agree to these Terms. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. User Account
Registration requires a mobile number and OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your login.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payments
Direct-to-Consumer: Products are supplied directly from our manufacturing units.
Pricing: All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Payments: All orders must be pre-paid via the Razorpay gateway. Confirmation is subject to successful payment authorization.
4. Delivery Policy
Delivery times (e.g., “15-30 minutes”) are estimates. Superstar Beverages is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery or cancellation fee.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations: Allowed only until the order status is “Received.” Once “Packed” or “Out for Delivery,” cancellations are not permitted.
Refunds: For quality issues or missing items, contact support within 2 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. Communication Consent
By using the platform, you expressly consent to receive transactional and marketing communications via WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications. You may opt out of marketing messages in the app settings.
7. Intellectual Property
The name “Superstar Beverages India,” our logos, and the website/app code are our exclusive property. Any unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
9. Data Safety Summary (For Google Play Console)
When completing your Data Safety Form, use these values:
Is data encrypted in transit? Yes.
Do you provide a way for users to request data deletion? Yes.
Location: Collected (Precise), Shared (No).
Personal Info: Name, Phone Number (Collected), Shared (No).
Financial Info: Purchase History (Collected), Shared (No).
App Activity: App Interactions (Collected), Shared (Yes – for Analytics).
Device IDs: Collected and Shared (for Push Notifications).
