Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, track inventory, and optimize storage space.

2. In and Out Entries: Accurately record stock movements, including receipts, issues, and returns.

3. Computer Technical Knowledge: Utilize computer systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting.

4. Team Management: Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

5. Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service, resolve issues, and build customer relationships.

6. Stock Control: Conduct regular stock checks, identify slow-moving items, and implement strategies to minimize waste.

7. Reporting: Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in store management or a similar role.

3. Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
