Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Corporate Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective communication, relationship-building, and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-end Calls: Attend and manage front-end calls to generate leads and schedule meetings.
  • Appointment Fixing: Fix appointments with potential clients and partners.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with franchise leads, clients, and partners to ensure smooth business operations.
  • CRM and ERP Software: Maintain and update CRM and ERP software to track progress, analyze data, and optimize business processes.
  • End-to-End Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of factory outlets, production, and other business operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP software.
