Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Corporate Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective communication, relationship-building, and process management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-end Calls: Attend and manage front-end calls to generate leads and schedule meetings.
- Appointment Fixing: Fix appointments with potential clients and partners.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with franchise leads, clients, and partners to ensure smooth business operations.
- CRM and ERP Software: Maintain and update CRM and ERP software to track progress, analyze data, and optimize business processes.
- End-to-End Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of factory outlets, production, and other business operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP software.
